Brandon, Head Coach and Pulse Owner

I've been a fitness coach for over 15 years now and still love what I do. 


I have a degree in coaching and development. Level 3 strength and conditioning. Level 3 PT. Lots of cpd from spinning/boxing/functional training/olympic weightlifting/advanced nutrition. Im trying to always be open minded and to learn off as many people as I can.


I’m a big people person and absolutely love being apart of  pulse. 


The variety of what this place has is incredible and the range of customers is crazy and makes Pulse what it is. A place for everyone and anyone.

I've been a Fitness Professional for 18 years and have trained a variety of clients of all ages and abilities.  I view my main strength to be my ability to adapt to a clients needs and goals ranging from the new or newly returning gym goers to those looking for more intense workouts.  I am dedicated to my profession and helping people achieving their goals, whether it be weight loss, increasing strength, or injury recovery.

We’re thrilled to welcome Carmen to the Pulse family!

With over 1,300 hours of Yoga Alliance training, Carmen is a highly qualified coach with expertise in:
– Traditional Tantra, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin & Prenatal Yoga
– Trauma-Informed Yoga
– Holistic wellness, energy balancing & life coaching

She’s also a certified Relationships & Sex Educator and a doula, bringing a truly unique approach to mind-body wellbeing.


From 30th September, Carmen will be taking over our Pilates classes – and we can’t wait for you to experience her energy!

Hello! I'm Steph, one of your new fitness coaches at Pulse.

With 12+ years in the fitness industry, I am passionate about helping others to get active and improve their health and well-being. I am a qualified aerobics instructor, swim teacher, personal trainer and sports coach. 

My approach is there is something for everyone and small steps are as important as the big ones. Whether you're aiming to lose weight, get stronger, or improve your mental health, I'm here to guide you every step of the way.

I specialise in Pre & Postnatal exercise, focusing on exercising safely after having a baby. I have experienced this first hand and currently on my second postpartum fitness journey and would love to help you with yours!

I'm a big fan of team workouts like chippers, I love encouraging others and a bit of friendly competition. When I'm not in the gym, you'll find me with my family likely at the beach.

Becoming a personal trainer has allowed me to blend my lifelong passion for fitness, discipline, and helping others. As a black belt in Judo and a background competing both in Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, I understand the dedication and resilience needed to reach challenging goals. My background being ex-military, taught me the value of precision and hard work—skills I now bring to my clients.  Having coached Judo teams and led fitness programs, I’m excited to help others unlock their potential and achieve healthier, more fulfilling lives. Personal training, to me, is about guiding others toward strength, confidence, and well-being.
