I've been a fitness coach for over 15 years now and still love what I do.
I have a degree in coaching and development. Level 3 strength and conditioning. Level 3 PT. Lots of cpd from spinning/boxing/functional training/olympic weightlifting/advanced nutrition. Im trying to always be open winded and to learn off as many people as I can.

With 12+ years in the fitness industry, I am passionate about helping others to get active and improve their health and well-being. I am a qualified aerobics instructor, swim teacher, personal trainer and sports coach.
My approach is there is something for everyone and small steps are as important as the big ones. Whether you're aiming to lose weight, get stronger, or improve your mental health, I'm here to guide you every step of the way.
I specialise in Pre & Postnatal exercise, focusing on exercising safely after having a baby. I have experienced this first hand and currently on my second postpartum fitness journey and would love to help you with yours!
I'm a big fan of team workouts like chippers, I love encouraging others and a bit of friendly competition. When I'm not in the gym, you'll find me with my family likely at the beach.

Hi, my name is Emily, otherwise known as Emz and I am your Pilates instructor at Pulse.
I qualified in my Level 3 Mat Pilates Diploma in 2020. I have a passion for Pilates as it works your full body – mobility, strength, tone and flexibility whilst focussing on control, precision and flow.
Having a dance background I know it is key to nail the basics before progressing onto harder movements. Laying down and understanding the foundations of the movements and breathing technique is the only way you will progress safely and effectively. Once that is in place I will work with you to level up and achieve your Pilates goals.
I specialise in Pre and Post natal, Pilates with equipment and Orthopaedic conditions. I am also qualified in Yoga so incorporate some of the stretches to improve flexibility in my classes.
The Boomerang is my favourite Pilates exercise. It is advanced as it is a combination of several moves creating flow and works every part of your body. Completing the exercise gives me a great sense of achievement.
When I am not instructing I have 3 kids and a partner at home that require my full attention. I make time to attend a couple of dance classes a week and I am enrolled in a Crystal and Energy healing Diploma. Holistic and Spiritual health are also areas that excite me and my goal is to combine Yoga, Pilates, Healing and Nutrition.

Some of you may recognise me from training at Pulse in the past and being at the Pulse vs C&S Fitness event, but im here now as an Instructor!
