Join us at Pulse and take advantage of over 20 classes per week, top of the range fitness equipment, and a group of positive experienced personal trainers.

We won’t tie you into a contract and there are various memberships to choose from at our functional fitness gym. At pulse, we strongly believe that fitness should be accessible to everyone, no matter what size, shape, age, or level, we are here to make you feel better, healthier and more confident in your capabilities.

We understand that it is easy to feel intimidated by gyms and that intimidation can prevent you from taking that first step. We can assure you that at Pulse, we make working out fun and enjoyable whilst giving you a strong community of support and encouragement. 

Remember that everyone, including those people you aspire to look like, or aspire to train like, had to start their journey somewhere, that journey starts at Pulse!
