I have worked in the leisure and sports industry for the last 10 years. I started off in a leisure centre before deciding to go to university and study a BSc degree in sport and coaching. Along-side my studying, I completed my level 3 personal training course.
My passion lies mainly in Mixed Martial Arts, specifically kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
I am just a friendly personal trainer who thoroughly enjoys helping people achieve their goals.
I began exercising as a way to improve my physical health and what I discovered is that not only was I getting fitter but my mental health was improving too.
As a trainer I believe that looking after your mental health is a massive part of a healthy lifestyle and I deliver all of my classes and PT sessions with that in mind. I have a strong background in HIIT training, group exercise and even a bit of dance.

I have been teaching fitness and yoga for five years and found my passion for teaching after completing my Degree in Dance.
Seeing people enjoy group fitness is my reason for teaching as I love watching people achieve their goals, physically or mentally.

I have been fortunate enough to enjoy a great variety of sports
throughout my life, and this has ingrained in me, the desire to
remain active and healthy – a passion I took into the gym where I
have continued to expand my knowledge and experience over the
past 6 years.
This passion led me to an obvious conclusion; become a trainer and
share with as many people as possible, the benefits to physical and
mental wellbeing, that an active and healthy lifestyle can bring to
