Brandon Haggett

I have worked in the leisure and sports industry for the last 10 years. I started off in a leisure centre before deciding to go to university and study a BSc degree in sport and coaching. Along-side my studying, I completed my level 3 personal training course.

My passion lies mainly in Mixed Martial Arts, specifically kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

I am just a friendly personal trainer who thoroughly enjoys helping people achieve their goals.

I have known Shaun for over 10 years and he is up there with the best instructors I’ve ever known. Hard working. Knowledgeable got semi-brilliant banter. I cant wait for him to get stuck in coaching and helping our members.

JENNY NUTTALL

I’ve been teaching yoga for over 4 years after spending an amazing month in India doing my teacher training. Since then I have also trained to be a Teen Yoga teacher and meditation teacher.

For me, yoga is very much practice and the focus should be on the experience you have each time you step on the mat, rather than striving for any particular outcome. Over the years yoga has helped me to build confidence, connect closer to who I truly am and has supported me through the tricky bits of life.

Yoga of course helps you build strength, flexibility and focus but it also offers you so much more if you come to it with an open mind and heart.

Christy hannigan

I have always been a keen sportsman and had the desire to remain active and healthy. This lifestyle led me to the gym where I have continued to expand my knowledge and experience over the past 8 years.

I qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer 4 years ago to allow me to share with as many people as possible, the benefits to physical and mental wellbeing, that an active lifestyle can bring you.

Currently I am a keen surfer, cyclist, skier and golfer so my own gym training is focused around improving my performance in these areas.

I specialise in strength training, technique coaching and working with individuals to improve their mobility and physical health.

No matter your age, experience or physical ability I will strive to give you a welcoming environment and all the tools you need to make the change for a healthier life!
